Koushal Sakhi means “Skilled Friend” in Hindi. It is a unique community-based skills development program that aims to connect adolescent girls and women in remote rural areas to skills training programs. The program is led and managed by local community-based trainers and mobilisers.

Koushal Sakhi provides opportunities and platforms for adolescent girls and women to have freedom and convenience.
